GeneralThis is a Singapore-based blogshop. So for now, we will only be accepting orders from Singapore. We'll accept international orders soon!
We are not responsible for any defects or mishandling of goods during shipping. The items would arrive around 1-2 weeks after each batch closes. If there are any delays, we will inform you through email or Twitter. Payment PolicyPayment has to be made within 48 hours. If fail to do so, your order will be cancelled.
No cancellation/exchange of orders is allowed once payment has been made. Strictly NO meetups and concealed cash for payment. For those who opt for Paypal, Paypal fees must be paid too. For those making payment using bank transfer/i-Banking/Bank deposit, please fill up the payment confirmation form and email a picture of your receipt. Postage fees will be calculated depending on your order. This will include material fees and poster tube fees (if applicable). |
Refund PolicyRefund will be given only when your item is out of stock. However, NO refund will be given if you decide to cancel your order after payment
CollectionMass meetups are strictly at City Hall and Self-Collection will be at Toa Payoh Lorong 1 (More details to be included in the collection email).
You can choose to have your item delivered to you by Normal or Registered postage. If you opt for Registered postage, we will inform you of your tracking number. We are not responsible for any lost mail for those who opt for Normal Postage as there is no tracking number. |
